My cup volume = 200 ml

500g (1 pound) baby potatoes
halved
Vegetable oil
Roast for 3-4 minutes

1 head of broccoli
cut into pieces
Soak in hot water for 2-3 minutes

paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Add broccoli
Salt
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 lemon in slices
2 garlic cloves, sliced
some parsley, chopped

3 eggs

Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C / 350 °F
