Burial Mound is dedicated to fallen warriors, brothers, and sisters who have sacrificed the greatest gift.

Historical Scandinavian burial mound grave remains still exist today. Some of the largest mounds are in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Archaeological exploration has revealed a variety of sophisticated and also common supplies buried with the bodies to assist them in the afterlife. These included many types of battle weapons like axes, swords, spears, bows and arrows, and whole raiding ships buried underground. Other discoveries include musical instruments, many types of tools, and animals. Depending on who got buried, and who did the digging, every grave is different. Some burial sites have stones placed in the shape of a ship above ground. Ancient Germanic people did not always bury the dead, they often used cremation, and some graves just have a small box with the ashes underground.
