9/11/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Gangstalking PERPS Tried to Warn Clueless Retard PERP

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

All the other international group associates say the various uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators are corrupt, cowardly, retarded, cockroaches. There are some reasons why this is all the truth.

The main part of this video is the part with the Shell gas station and store. Carefully watch the black guy gangstalking perp loitering in the grey Hyundai Elantra car by the gas pumps. He was so focused on texting his gangstalking perp handler that he had zero situational awareness as I was standing still recording him in his car. I always wear a spy camera on me at all times and in all places, in all situations. Some other gangstalking perp had to repeatedly car horn honk to try to get his attention, but he was so clueless. I continued to record him some more until the other perps also exposed themselves. My international group associates like it more when any of us get multiple gangstalking perps at the same time. It proves that we are very efficient.

We are each expect to be productive and effective in gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator collecting and sharing. I am expected to have new perps to pass along at those weekend online and offline international group meetings. I have a reputation to uphold among the various group members.

Some of the other global group members did work for corruption exposure groups like Anonymous, Wikileaks, and others. Through them, I am also connected to those international organizations as well. We can all work together and do some very effective things.

It is only about half way into the current week, and it is not the weekend yet. I have already been in communications with some of the other group associates to talk about various stuff.
