Police Traffic Stop Turns Chaotic After Driver Refuses To Comply

In April 2025, Patterson Police pulled over Joshua Rhodes after he allegedly ran a red light. Bodycam footage shows Rhodes refusing to exit his vehicle, leading to a physical struggle and his arrest on charges of resisting arrest, obstruction, and battery on a peace officer. His passenger, who recorded the stop, was also arrested for interfering with deputies.
