7D2D Zombie Slips and Falls?

7 Days to Die - It looks like a zombie slips on some nastyness, but I think it was damage that made him fall. This is in the Hybrid Mine which is a Nice POI. I heard clicking the like and or sub buttons gives you good karma. :-)
