Μεταξύ το 2010 και το 2014, το Combatives Group είχε έναν Εκπαιδευτή του στην Ελληνική Στρατιωτική Ακαδημία, ο οποίος ήταν επιφορτισμένος να διατηρεί τους Ευέλπιδες σε φόρμα και να τους διδάξει το Σύστημα Μάχης Σώμα Με Σώμα (Combatives) που αναπτύχθηκε από το Combatives Group.

Οι Ευέλπιδες διδάσκονταν τακτικές και τεχνικές που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί με επιτυχία από τις συμμαχικές Ειδικές Δυνάμεις και τις Μυστικές Υπηρεσίες από την εποχή του Δευτέρου Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου έως τον Ψυχρό Πόλεμο μέχρι και σήμερα.

Αυτό που βλέπετε εδώ δεν είναι το Αυθεντικό πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης Combatives, στο οποίο εκπαιδεύτηκαν, αλλά μια ξεχωριστή επίδειξη που εμπλουτίστηκε για τους σκοπούς των παρευρισκομένων αξιωματούχων.

Ιδανικά, δεν εφαρμόζονται τεχνικές ρίψης στο Αυθεντικό Combatives, εκτός από τις βασικότερες και όλες οι τεχνικές είναι ΒΑΡΙΕΣ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΕΣ ΚΙΝΗΣΕΙΣ ΕΝΣΤΙΚΤΩΔΟΥΣ ΑΝΤΙΔΡΑΣΗΣ (gross motor instinctive reaction techniques). Όλες οι τεχνικές έχουν σχεδιαστεί και βασίζονται πάνω σε όπλο κοντινής εμβέλειας, όπως μια ΞΙΦΟΛΟΓΧΗ ή ΦΤΥΑΡΙ ή ΕΦΟΠΛΟΥ ΞΙΦΙΛΟΓΧΗ.

Κάθε χρόνο, οι Ευέλπιδες πραγματοποιούσαν μια επίδειξη για τους πολιτικούς και στρατιωτικούς αξιωματούχους επισκέπτες από όλα τα μέρη του κόσμου. Αυτή η διαδήλωση έλαβε μέρος το 2014.

ENGLISH
Between 2010 and 2014 the Combatives Group had an Instructor in the Hellenic Military Academy who was tasked to keep the cadets in shape and teach them the Combatives System developed by the Combatives Group.

The cadets were taught tactics and techniques that have been used successfully by the allied Special Forces and Secret Services from the time of the Second World War through the Cold War until today.

What you witness here is not the pure Combatives Syllabus they were trained in, but a separate demonstration that has been embellished for the purposes of the attending dignitaries.

Ideally, no throwing techniques are practiced in Authentic Combatives, except for the most basic ones and all techniques are GROSS MOTOR INSTINCTIVE REACTION TECHNIQUES. They are all designed and based around using a close quarter’s weapon such as a BAYONET or SHOVEL or a MOUNTED BAYONET.

Every year the cadets performed a demonstration for visiting civilian and military dignitaries from all parts of the world. This demonstration took part in 2014.
