The Beginning of the Moons(Months) vs The Beginning of the Year

CHaNuK (ENOCH) 72:9-11 את CEPHER In the same manner it goes forth in the 1st month by the great gate. It goes through the 4th of those 6 gates, which are at the rising of the sun. And in the 4th gate, from which the sun rises in the 1st month, there are 12 open windows; from which issues out a flame, when they are opened in their proper periods.
