Google synonyms for the word fear and the word love.

Write down 25 words from each list that resonate with you.
– From fear you might list: guilt, shame, contempt, anxiety.
– From love you might list: compassion, kindness, respect, understanding.

Ask yourself:
– How does my fear list show up in the way I’m living and relating today?
– How does my love list reflect the way I want to show up?

Finally, ask: What do I need to do to bridge the gap?

It’s a simple exercise—but it can change the way you see yourself, and the way you show up in your marriage.
