U.S. infragard’s Illegal Neural Studies, Digital Trafficking, and Fabrication of Criminal Behavior

This video ties into my case back in Porto Alegre, in 2017, when I was heavily gangstalked by the local corrupt police, who were hired by DHS agent Scott G. Bennett. There is also a video of that police stalking me inside a mosque. When I asked for help from organizations like Amnesty International, I was tricked into seeing a psychologist at PUCRS University, where I was studying for university exams. Instead of receiving help, I was interrogated as if I had committed a crime. Their aim was to find out what I knew about a US military case in Afghanistan, where US forces were allegedly causing chaos in villages, according to reports from an acquaintance who was found dead three months later, shot alongside the friend who had informed him of the case.

I was coerced into signing a PTSD experimentation form for bank employees while I was working part-time as an ESL teacher and studying for university entrance exams. The situation felt very strange, especially considering the questions the psychologist asked, as you can hear in the video. It became obvious that a US agent was listening to our conversation, as the questions were tailored to a specific agenda.

There was a network of intelligence agencies, including InfraGard, with its head Scott G. Bennett and Anthony Pressutto, who managed weekly meetings. There were agents from the UK, the Netherlands, Canada, Italy, and Brazil, among others, in this group. They would reward anyone who spoke with me by offering them a trip to the US and even good jobs. The whole situation felt deeply unsettling, but the most disturbing part was being placed in this horrific study program. The program included a clause stating that if I came under pressure and harmed myself or others, a family member would be contacted.

After I passed all the chaos and entered the university, I was handed a form asking for my consent to organ donation. I immediately rejected it because I knew they were attempting to force me into suicide through constant covert harassment. I was mobbed by hundreds of perpetrators, including one particularly nasty individual. When I reported him to the police, the university dean shamelessly accused me of being mentally paranoid, despite the video evidence and having never even met me. It’s becoming clear now that they label the target with false narratives and spread them wherever the victim goes. This encourages others to participate in these sick experiments, pushing the victim toward a breaking point as part of their study.
