The BULLSHITTER said he would “ban Pharma ads.”

Instead, he is throwing crumbs to his MAHA idiots by saying he HAS gotten #BigPharma to disclose of “ALL” side effects.

This IS BULLSHIT since Pharma ads have been legally required by the FDA since the 1990s to present risks alongside benefits.

This is called “fair balance” — and Booby had NOTHING to do with it.

Trump pulled this same scam before. In 2019, he signed a so-called “Executive Order” to make Pharma ads list prices and side effects — but the law already required it.

And yesterday, Trump did it AGAIN. He signed another Memo directing HHS and FDA to “step up enforcement” of ad rules — parading as if he invented regulation that’s been on the books for decades.

It was empty theater then, and it’s empty theater now.

And now Booby F’n Kennedy is copying the exact same playbook — recycling OLD LAW as if it’s some revolutionary act.

Drug ads already must list the major risks and direct you to the full prescribing information. In print, they already carry a “brief summary” with PAGES of side effects in fine print.

Booby flat-out lies when he says ads now list “all side effects.” That has NEVER been required, and it NEVER will be.

Why?

The law requires disclosure of the most common and most serious risks — period.

Booby is not the first to criticize Pharma ads. Doctors, scientists, consumer groups, and even Congress have been calling out this deceptive system for DECADES.

This is the OLDEST trick in the book: take something that already exists, pretend it’s new, and SELL IT as your “breakthrough.” That is not courage — that is cowardice disguised as leadership.
