Inspiration - In Germanic mythology, the Thunder God (son of Odin) or commonly known as Thor is the guardian of Asgaard (Earth) He is the God of the common farmer, the craftsman, and the warrior. The mighty war hammer Mjolinr is his sacred weapon. The Mjölnir is still worn to this day to signify duality, the hammer can build and can also destroy. It represents the path of the warrior, honor, valor, pride, and strength (both internal and external). Thor is the great defender of men from evil, his ultimate nemesis is the Jörmundandr, in which he fights to the death in the last hour of time. The rune Thurisaz is the rune of thor. Thor is also associated with large trees and old growth groves. Thursday = Thors day.
