Itches Equals Bath... (Green Iguana Shedding)

Pip, our green iguana, is shedding (Face and Body), so she has been quite itchy and quite grumpy, but it's nothing a nice warm bath can't fix. Most green iguanas enjoy a good bath or swim, and regular baths are beneficial for them. It helps with hygiene (by Removing Dirt, parasites, and bacteria, etc.), keeps the skin moist, provides mental enrichment, and offers many other benefits.

Bath water should always be warm (not hot) and only chest deep so they can rest easily. A gentle scrub or wash does them wonders.
