As far as the wine goes, I actually drank it on the previous cruise over this past summer and didn't realize it was this particular wine I drank (that or I was so heavily intoxicated after drinking so much wine previously that I didn't bother to notice to read the dessert menu and chose the madeira because I'm insane!)! Lovely aromas of almond, butter, tree nuts, even hints of caramel on the nose and palette, dangerously smooth, even a 5 oz glass may not feel enough for some!
