Fort Stewart Museum

Covering more than 14,000 square feet, the 3rd Infantry Division Museum offers a deep dive into the story of Fort Stewart and its soldiers. One section immerses guests in the transformation from the original Camp Stewart to the modern installation, while another traces the long and decorated service of the 3rd Infantry Division. Additional displays spotlight the histories of individual units. Plans for growth include a future wing on aviation and airfields, an expanded 3ID gallery, and an outdoor showcase of vintage military vehicles. Beyond its exhibits, the museum also serves as a venue for community programs, meetings, and private events.
