Google Maps Gives Bad Options

I’ll never understand the concept behind, “OK, here’s one good option, and here’s one really bad one.”



Why?



Who is choosing to add time and cost to their trip?

My favorite is when Google says, “If you’d like, you can get off the road you’re on, drive around a bit, and then get back on the road you’re already on, and take it to your destination.”

Really?

Who would do such a thing?
