3 months ago, I felt like a shell of myself.

My mornings started with a Starbucks caramel macchiato at 6 AM just to function. By 8 AM, I was grabbing a 32 oz. Dr. Pepper. By 3 PM, I was useless — exhausted, foggy, and short-tempered.
I avoided mirrors. I dreaded photos. My belt was on its last hole.

Then something changed.

Within days, my cravings for sugar were gone. I stopped thinking about Starbucks and soda — not because I forced myself to, but because I didn’t even want them anymore.

My energy came back. My sleep improved. I started feeling like me again.
