Epic Games' CEO Tim Sweeney called out Clemson University for the termination of employees over obscene comments made about the Charley Kirk Assassination. Citing the First Amendment's protections on freedom of speech, he insisted these people should not have been fired, yet the Supreme Court has ruled that nothing said is protected speech.
