The Private Jet Bombardier Challenger 300 #N888KG (is this a nothingburger?)

So this is very interesting. IM SEARCHING FOR MORE INTEL.
This is what I've found so far.
A private jet, a Bombardier Challenger 300 registered as N888KG, took off from Provo airport just ONE hour after the shooting. Provo airport is just 12 min from Utah Valley University.

Curiously, about 30 minutes into the flight, it vanished from ADS-B tracking, which is illegal, only to reappear roughly an hour later, heading back to Provo.

Has anyone heard about Provo airport, possibly the suspect hopping on a private jet. They turned their radar off, illegally by the way not long after takeoff.

The jet is owned by Derek Maxfield, a wealthy donor to the Chabad Lubavitch of Utah. Of course, this could be unrelated to the Charlie Kirk Shooting.
Why though, didn't they close the airspace, FBI?

THE OFFICIAL STORY (after all, you know there is one):
The jet, a Bombardier Challenger 300, landed in Page with only two pilots on board and no passengers.
After approximately 35 minutes on the ground, the owner, businessman Derek Maxfield, boarded the aircraft along with seven other passengers for the return flight to Provo.
The plane took off again around 2 PM MT and landed back at Provo at approximately 3 PM MT.
