9/12/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Extract Several Foot & Vehicle Gangstalking PERPS, Cops

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Some of my other international group associates and I like to operated at odd and late hours to force the various uniformed and civilian organized harassment perpetrators and collaborators to come out at inconvenient times so that they will stick out more suspiciously, conspicuously, and to randomly ruin, mess up, and strain or inconvenience their lives and relationships. We all like to do this while they are being recorded and shared while to show the entire planet that the various perps are having their lives and schedules being inconvenienced. We all get extra participation points from the other international Targeted Indivicuals groups, corruption exposure groups, civil rights auditing groups, and other allied groups, and their global members.

The parts of this video you should be watching closely, are the parts with the luching night time drug addict street perp on foot, the gate parking lot silver SUV with the loitering couple inside at night, the dark blue car making a right turn at the street corner at night, and the black and white police vehicles with police lights on and off.

I will be sharing these uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators at the next weekend online and offline international group meetings with some of my other group associates. I look bad if I do not have weekly uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators to pass along to the others.

I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department. I have government official and politician friends. I am a former regional executive member major political party, apartment building owner landlord's kid, former sports entertainment complex crowd control staff. It I can't even collect and share some uniformed and civilian perps on a weekly schedule, all of my official friends, fellow group members, and other associates would think less of me as I would not be living up to my expected societal rank status and my accumulated skills and abilities. I would look ineffectual, lazy, or incompetent.
