1) Land & property

Calls for land reform; says mere parceling won’t fix things without political expansion.

Argues land must not be a speculative commodity; “natural products” are national property, while private property should be only what one earns by work.

2) Law & “community of the people”

Demands legal reform that privileges “protection of the race” and the national community over individual rights.

Says current law permits “befouling” national honor.

3) Education & elites

Claims Germany suffers from over-education (“Überschulung/Überbildung”): too much knowledge, not enough instinct and will.

Wants a pipeline of leaders “from the people” and blames intellectual elitism for distancing leaders from popular sentiment.

Explicit antisemitism: “Clear away the Jews”; replace with talent from “our own people.”

4) Press control

Calls for press “reform”: an anti-national press “cannot be tolerated.”

Press should serve as an instrument of national self-education.

5) Culture policy

Demands state intervention in art, literature, theater to prevent “poisoning” the people.

Invokes a “higher right” to eliminate works deemed harmful to the nation.

6) Militarism & pacifism

Frames pacifism as lack of conviction/character; equates self-defense with self-preservation.

Policy: compulsory military service for every man; freedom comes only from “your own sword.”

7) Leadership & anti-parliamentarianism

Rejects parliamentary deal-making; wants leaders who act “in the teeth of majorities.”
