How much do you know about INTERNET FREEDOM???

In many ways, the internet was "born" free; those who were on in the 90s remember well the culture of freedom that seemed a natural extension of the ethos.

But was it?

Mike Benz might argue that the internet—a creation of the U.S. military—was released for public consumption with the culture of freedom "imprinted" on it. Sure, there would always be some people who wanted to see a free internet, but there was little far-reaching legislature that attempted to handcuff the internet...until 2016.
