Why do we indulge in non beneficial entertainment?

Seeking constant Entertainment, stems from an unconscious self degradation ideas that limit our belief in our purpose and value. We should become conscious and identify this within, realizing that entertainment is not really bringing us any joy or peace, rather it's only it's used to help us distract and escape ourselves. Something sooner or later we will have to face. Make Awareness and a conscious understanding of your inner state and wellbeing be your form of entertainment.
