Is the Church mentioned in the bible just believers or is it a physical building ?

Sam Shamoun goes over how in the bible christians are supposed to submit to a church because it is the one that the apostles taught and were in to pass down the new testament and teachings itself . Pointing out how believers in itself don’t define the church because it would have to be descriptive or else people with different beliefs about Jesus are separated even though they are believers but when looking at the ancient churches such as the Catholic Church and Orthodox Church they all universally have the same teachings brought down by the apostles and while they don’t have identical ones the dogmatic ones are still they’re accepted by both of them.
