While the attractor plant is pretty cool, I don't think it's worth keeping the KT4 to get the upgraded one, because the ray gun is so much better to have to kill spiders without wasting RK5 ammo and kills them very efficiently, and I hadn't tried it by the time I recorded this.

This is faster than skull room and with the ray gun I'm pretty sure it's way faster, the more you can hold onto the bottom window without them breaching the better. The RK5 can kill spiders in 1 shot and the dingo can as well, making the hitmarker error obsolete with this strat, and the ray gun can literally kill 3 spiders in 1 shot, which can help to make things slightly faster and a lot easier; you can get the ray gun from upgraded blue water plants, so you could keep making those with KT4 after making all 4 imprints and get the ray gun before you start making attractor plants, and with the dingo being available from challenges (and monkeys also being in upgraded blue water plants, though they're not really necessary) you don't need to restart for anything specific from the first box (though with the new no firesale tech you don't need first box anyway), and with 5 drop cycle you will have a very low chance of running out of ammo in the dingo/ray gun to 255. Cherry in my experience is unfavorable because it ruins dead wire chains and is just kinda ugly to look at in the first place, but I think some people like it for this regardless, so up to you if you'd restart for it.

A 3rd gun for thunder wall seems nice but I didn't like it much compared to the alternatives, I actually even liked having 2 dead wire guns over a 3rd AAT just to avoid RK5 ammo buys, but ray is king IMO. You could even just go no mule and run 4 perks with QR, and just skip imprints altogether.

A key thing to note: you NEED to play without speed cola, meaning if you restart for cherry, speed is either a restart or you'll have to waste a QR getting rid of it. Also, you can't do the EE because that'll give you speed (and it adds a ton of entities anyway so your reset will be fucked). Speed causes zombies to be able to tear down boards way faster and even breach the window faster, so it's awful for this strat.
