I think this is the fastest hordeup besides the upper lighthouse hordeup, which is super dangerous. You can board the windows while hording up to avoid carps and also board all 4 windows (or all 6 if you open to stam later) to get no carps at beach. After like 75 or whenever it's not worth flopping for a max with waffe I'd just open the AK door.

This isn't really new, I think I found this spot a year-ish before the bleedout tech.
