3 boxer dogs (Charlie, Roxy, and Boomer) live a happy life with their two owners until one day, Charlie licks a mysterious wrapper on the ground and gains super powers. Unbeknownst to this super-powered canine, however, somebody close to him has also gained a unique ability and seeks to hunt him down...
