THE GREAT AWAKENING

*Vanity of vanities;* all is vanity. The Great Awakening of truthers, gnostics and new agers of all kinds is pure VANITY. It's of the *Fallen Ones* folks, the likes of which I talk about in previous videos.

I know there's a lotta demented cRaZineSs in the world; sadly, it's rife in christianity too, but that doesn't negate the Essence of the Faith (John 14:6). As a New Ager I used to consider myself "Awakened." I was an Enlightened Gnostic/Neo-Vedantist but since my *Conversion* I believe solely in the Biblical Jesus, simply because through ardent prayer for the TRUTH Holy Spirit came into my life and led me right there. With what's coming to the earth the Word is the safest place in the world folks. It tells the truth about the human condition. I'm led to believe by the *Hand of God* that the Words & Deeds of Jesus are contained only in the BIBLE, nowhere else. Certainly not the Gnostic texts. By the Light of Spirit Gnosticism is a STRONG DELUSION. It should be resolutely avoided or discarded at any cost. Same goes for all religions, esoterisms and mysticisms not inspired by the TRUTH (John 3:16-18)

True Awakening necessitates the need for Repentance. We can't *"Greatly Awaken"* to the Truth without it. Other faiths don't preach Repentance but it's one of the Greatest Doctrines in the Bible.

Nearly every Biblical preacher Preached Repentance. When John the Baptist preached in the wilderness the first thing he said was *"REPENT, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand"* (it was, in JESUS). The First Words Jesus spoke in public Ministry were *REPENT and believe the Gospel.* Jesus was primarily a teacher of Repentance, *"Unless ye Repent ye shall all likewise Perish"* - Luke 13:3. That's seemingly the hardest thing for many to comprehend 'cos they think they've done nothing wrong. We're naturally, carnally Self-Righteous.

People try to avoid controversy when advancing their ministries but Jesus Christ was the most controversial Preacher ever. People say they don't believe in criticising other religions. *Jesus did.* He very frequently criticised *severely* the religion of self-righteous Scribes, Pharisees, Elders and Chief Priests, and He said Repent, *Repent.* When Simon Peter got up to preach at Pentecost he said REPENT. And when Paul stood on Mars Hill and preached to the learned, elegant and cultured Greeks of his day, he said REPENT (God now commands all men everywhere to REPENT - Acts 17:30-31). Don't let anyone DECEIVE you: one of the main burdens in God's word is STOP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Get Right. Repent, Repent.

*"For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, then vanisheth away."* - James 4:14 (is the sobering reality of us all)

I hate myself sometimes & that's a good thing. I've a healthy degree of self interest but I don't love myself. I'm appalled by those who love themselves 'cos there's nothing about us to love. Jesus said *"we are evil"* (Luke 11:13) and I totally get where He's coming from. Oh Yeah, Holy Jesus really does *"get us"* folks, we're a bad smell under His Nose. But He completely understands our situation. He understands where nobody does. Hanging on the Cross Jesus said, *"Father, Forgive them for they know not what they do."*

Most sins are due to our nature. We're naturally ignorant & wicked. We don't naturally seek God, the REAL GOD. We're depraved, *delusive* & naturally AGAINST God but He still Loved enough to DIE for us. He came in the FLESH & CRUCIFIED it for a Blood Atonement, the only thing that could save our *damnable souls.* For all the exhortations to *love* Jesus is the Greatest Expression of *God's Love* there ever was or will be.

Human reason can't figure out Salvation. The Crucifixion doesn't make sense to the logical mind but it's how a HOLY GOD redeemed our *sins* and forgave our transgressions. Reason can't fathom it. Those who watched Jesus die said *"if He's God's Son He can surely get off that Cross!"* That's reasonable but WRONG. They said *He Saved others but Himself He cannot Save!* How can a man Save others but not Himself? It wasn't reasonable, it didn't make sense. Reason failed to comprehend. It's beyond regular understanding.

Insight comes by Holy Spirit: if He'd Saved Himself He couldn't have Saved me & you. He was busy putting down a *Blood Atonement* but the mind can't figure that out 'cos reason is DEPRAVED. Human depravity is obvious by looking at the world at large, by the things people fall for & the gimics they're so easily fooled by. Reason tells that if a man lives up to what he believes he'll get into Heaven. Reason says that if you did right & lived up to your conscience you're alright. Reason says God is too good to send anyone to Hell. But He Will. God is Love but also HOLY & RIGHTEOUS & Will Judge Sin (Matthew 25:31-46).

JESUS IS OR ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN.
