This will include a wide range of topics on health, fitness, nutrition, exercise, healthy, living and longevity. Interviews will include people at the highest level of their individual fields of expertise helping to guide people in their quest for optimal health. Medical topics will also include the comprehensive medical nutritional approach, testing for vitamin, mineral, hormone levels, heavy metals, digestive analysis, brain mapping technique to understand speed and efficiency of brain function.
