2 men arrested after incendiary device found under news vehicle in Utah

Two men in Utah, Adeeb Nasir, 58, and Adil Justice Ahme Nasir, 31, were arrested after allegedly planting an incendiary device under a news van outside an occupied building.

The bomb was lit but malfunctioned, triggering a major evacuation and FBI-led investigation due to its placement under a media vehicle in a public area.

A search of the suspects’ home uncovered fake weapons of mass destruction, illegal drugs, and firearms they were barred from owning, which forced another evacuation before being deemed hoaxes, the New York Post has reported.

Adeeb faces multiple terrorism and WMD charges and is being held without bail, while Adil remains under investigation but has not yet been charged.
