What If Your Leader Disappoints You?

Deuteronomy 31 shows Moses passing leadership to Joshua because even great leaders eventually step aside. Moses says "I am now 120 years old and can no longer lead you." But here's the hope: "The LORD your God himself will cross over ahead of you."

When human leaders fail, disappoint, or leave, God remains constant. Moses wasn't their real leader anyway - God was.

Your hope isn't in any person - it's in the God who never changes leadership!
