Pieces of Human Excrement - RIP Charlie Kirk

Conservative political influencer and founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, was shot and killed on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University. He was 31 years old.

Kirk was speaking at an outdoor "Prove Me Wrong" event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, as part of his organization's "American Comeback Tour". Approximately 3,000 people were in attendance.

A single shot was fired at about 12:10 p.m. local time, striking Kirk in the neck. Video footage from the event shows him flinching and falling from his chair after the shot was fired.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox and the Department of Public Safety have called the killing a "political assassination" and a "targeted attack". The motive for the shooting has not been specified.

The suspected shooter fired from the roof of the nearby Losee Center, about 200 yards away. Authorities initially detained two people but later released them after determining they were not connected to the shooting. One was charged with obstruction. As of Wednesday evening, a manhunt for the shooter was underway.

Kirk was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The news of his death was confirmed by his organization, Turning Point USA, and President Donald Trump.
