Firing of Fed Reserve Mortgage Fraudster Lisa Cook to SCOTUS!

Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook has indisputably committed mortgage fraud by claiming two properties in separate states as her primary residence within a two-week window while securing mortgages for each.

President Trump accordingly fired her, as permitted by the Federal Reserve Act which explicitly allows termination of governors for “cause.”

Cook sued to keep her job, and an unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior district trial court judge appointed by Biden issued an injunction against Trump’s firing, keeping Cook on the Federal Reserve.

Trump appealed this decision, and a three-judge District of Columbia panel—in a two-to-one vote of Obama & Biden judges against a Trump judge—declined to stay the lower court injunction, again keeping Cook on the Federal Reserve.

The lone Trump-appointed judge on the three-judge appeals panel—Gregory Katsas—issued a scathing dissent that provides a clear roadmap for the firing of Cook the moment this matter lands on the desk of the Supreme Court, which I expect is already happening.

Importantly, the Federal Reserve is schedule to meet tomorrow, Wednesday, September 17, to decide whether to lower rates. Lisa Cook is widely seen as an anti-Trump partisan who will vote to refuse to lower rates despite every economic indicator mandating that rates be cut, simply to spite her political enemy and despite the vast economic damage this will inflict on America.

Will the Supreme Court step in to stay the injunction keeping Cook in her job on the Federal Reserve? I expect we’ll find out today.

In the meantime, let’s break down the inane legal reasoning that has kept mortgage fraudster in her job so far, and the Katsas dissent that clearly illustrates that Trump has all the authority he needs to fire her.
