Lights in a Dark Place

The Apostle Paul wrote Philippians from prison. His message still speaks: “Whatever happens… work out what God has worked in, and shine as bright lights in a dark world.”

Salvation is not earned—it’s the free gift of God through Christ (Eph. 2:8–9). But once we are saved, the Spirit works in us to live blameless, joyful lives in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation (Phil. 2:15).
