OBS (streaming and video-recording) settings update

Summary:
- Streaming settings are from now on:
> Audio encoder: FFmpeg AAC
> Video encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264
> Bitrate 10.000 Kbps (actual max. is ~6500)

- Record settings:
> Rec. format: MPEG-4
> Video encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264
> Bitrate 6000 Kbps

So in theory the quality should, be better.
