Our emotions are gifts just as much as your physical gifts exist, Warriors Of Light. Just like all that we have and all that we are, our emotions are to be given to God in prayer and acted on in faith.
A lot of us(Christians) are angry, and(not but) we are to do everything with God's help to not sin within that anger:
Ephesians 4:26
And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry,....
