Morning Ride is a quick 16-20 minute whatever rant on random topics; health to politics to encouragement to parenting; events, animals - who knows! I do not even know until I start talking. It’s in good fun and we all just need to loosen up and be present in the moment anyway - we got this! Audio is available on Substack, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts and uploaded as video to Rumble for the next business morning (6:37am).
