What started as a Christian girl’s summer retreat in the early 20th century has devolved into one of the South’s most notorious legends of occultism, haunting, and unexplained horror. From the mysterious drowning of a child to vanished staff, ritualistic markings, and persistent ghost sightings,Camp Lulu is no ordinary abandoned site. It is a place swallowed by something unnatural. Perhaps evil. Or perhaps it simply mirrors the darkest parts of the human soul when left alone too long in the woods.
