Red Flag 🚩 Gun Laws!

Be careful what you wish for! 💥

With the escalation in violence and killings by the transgender community, red flag laws are being strongly considered right now, to take away guns from transgender individuals! This is a very slippery slope!

Why not treat each person on a case by case basis…. if they are violent, if they have been a part of a group that is organized, and calling for violence, or if they have actually murdered someone, then yes, by all means, take their guns away! But to say that all transgender‘s are dangerous, and should have their guns confiscated, in my opinion, is wrong! This could open the door to more 2A restrictions for all of us! We need to be smart about this!

I get that emotions are high, and that we want justice, but taking guns away from everyone that is transgender is not the way to go…. medicate them, treat them emotionally, look at each person individually, not as a whole… unless, again they are part of a group that is calling for violence, or they have actually committed violence before!

I realize this is a very contentious subject, especially at this time, but our second amendment rights could be threatened down the road if we do not take everything into consideration! Just Sayinnnnn…. 🔥🌶️🇺🇸🙏
