I dug this wild piece of mystery wood out of the scrap pile, and I had zero clue what species it was—but once I started turning it, I knew it was something special. This blank is absolutely LOADED with spalting—some of the craziest patterns I’ve ever seen. The contrast, the color variation, the textures… it’s like the wood was painting its own masterpiece.
