Governor's Sauce Canning Recipe

In the early 1900's GOVERNOR'S SAUCE was a popular sauce to put on your roast. It is a fun sauce that reminds me more of a relish. I really like to add it to potatoes, scrambled eggs and as a base for pasta salad.
