This type of training takes years to develop. No roids, no Test, no hGH, just Creatine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, Vit C, Potassium, Iron, Zinc. I blast a muscle group (in this case I chose my shoulders) after 2-3 days of rest.

My diet consists of:
Breakfast: whole wheat bran cereal and oat milk
Lunch: whole wheat bread, chicken and Swiss cheese, with some lettuce and carrots, or brown beans. Pineapple for desert.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
