PMN discussed Marijuana Scheduling Ramifications for Elections Ep 73

On May 14, Scott Miller and Greg Fink discussed what several are fearing who are wanting recreational marijuana to pass on a Florida Ballot initiative; rescheduling is to Schedule 3 federally is hurting it at the ballot box. In a recent poll Cherry Communications found only 58% supporting recreational marijuana initiative in Florida. This is Florida, I mean seriously, is has polled way higher before rescheduling marijuana became a reality. Please listen to possible reasons. And by the way, in Florida the initiative must have 60% to pass into law.
