Ron Ridenour, an accomplished author, journalist, and anti-imperial activist rejoined me for a discussion about the insanity of European leaders who are encouraging their citizens to prepare for war! Hoard enough food and water to last for four days! How insane is that?

Ron shared his background, explaining that he moved to Denmark in 1980 after meeting a Danish woman, Greta, and choosing to live there. He described his experiences working in Nicaragua for the Sandinista Cultural Organization and later in Cuba writing about the revolution, which led to him being considered a hero for the revolution. Ron explained that he has been retired for 20 years and currently lives on a half pension in Denmark and the US, though he can no longer participate in activism due to caring for his partner Jetta who has dementia.
