Should those celebrating this tragedy be fired? When do we offer clemency

One week after the Charlie Kirk tragedy, as the liberals have had a week of fun - and a week of crisis, as they cheer and sneer over his passing, and then lose their jobs for it. it feels righteous and good, but at the same time, is it antithetical to his values? to conservative values? to Christian values? Do we offer them an olive branch, or push them down further? They deserve it, but how much?
