A Black student at Texas State University mocked the death of Charlie Kirk

A video that has circulated on social media and sparked outrage shows a man miming shooting Kirk, spitting near other mourners, climbing a statue, and allegedly using a vaping device or marijuana smoking device — the latter reportedly a violation of campus rules.

The event was organized by the Texas State University chapter of Turning Point USA.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has demanded that Texas State University immediately expel the student. The university president stated that authorities are working to identify the student and will take «appropriate action» if he are confirmed to be a student.
