Is This the Future of i.e.427?

Mrs. i.e.427 and I have been on the lookout for a property, out of state, for quite some time. Actually since the sale of our previous home and shop. We concentrated our home/shop buying efforts in the Texas and Oklahoma areas. Our search intensified over the past few months and as of August 1st, we have located a property in Oklahoma.
