The guy was shocked when he went out to the yard and saw a squirrel staring at him, so he decided to feed her and bring her nuts. She was happy to take the treat, as if she had hoped, and so began their long friendship. The squirrel came to see a guy in the yard all the time, and he kept feeding her. Soon they were so close that the guy was letting a friend into a house where she was curious about everything. The squirrel was very used to the company of a man, so she wasn't afraid of him at all, and sometimes the squirrel even stayed in the house. The guy fed her deliciously and put her in a warm place, so the squirrel enjoyed the rest. After a few weeks of such friendship, the squirrel became very hand-held and was increasingly present with a person. She's always been looking for a new friend's company, whether it's out of curiosity or whether she's really attached. The guy was careful and respectful of their friendship, and he was very fond of a friendly squirrel who never bored him.
