Newly resurfaced Picasso could fetch millions at Paris auction

A newly resurfaced painting by legendary Spanish artist Pablo Picasso that has never been shown to the public since its creation more than 80 years ago is set to go under the hammer in Paris and expected to sell for at least $9.45 million.
