Does that include usury which was expressively forbidden by God?

"If your brother becomes poor and his hand falters among you, you shall not strengthen him with a burden of usury, nor give him your food for profit. You shall not take usury from him or increase [the burden] with gain; you shall fear your God, that your brother may live with you". -Leviticus 25:35-37

"If you lend money to any of my people who is poor among you, you shall not be to him as a usurer, nor shall you charge him any interest". -Exodus 22:25

"You shall not charge interest on a loan to your brother, interest on money, interest on food, or interest on anything that may be loaned at interest. You may charge a foreigner interest, but to your brother you shall not charge interest, that the LORD your God may bless you in all that you undertake in the land that you are entering to possess". - Deuteronomy 23:19-20
