HHS Bans Invaders From Taxpayer Funded Benefits - Finally Good Nationalism?

The United States Health and Human Services has banned illegals aka invaders from accessing taxpayer funded benefits, this is finally some good nationalism but who ever allowed this to begin in the first place as terrible nationalism?
